Vedema

After five fabulous nights at the Santorini Princess, we headed to the Vedema Resort, which is also on Santorini, but it's in a more traditional village where they make the island's wines.

Those are grapes behind me. They grow the vines in circles, so they end up looking like bushes.

The best part about Vedema was the food. They had an awesome buffet breakfast with a lot of traditional greek foods. Even though Greeks don't really eat breakfast...but I digress. They also had really cool restaurant on site, Vinsanto, that was in a 400-year-old cave.


The food was beautiful as well as tasty.


And they had some really interesting wine...and some very big goblets.


Okay, I'm at an internet cafe, and that's about all I have time for right now... We're currently in Athens on the last leg of our trip, so I may not be able to do more until we get back.
